Konstrukcija, the branch of Panevezio statybos trestas AB, performs civil and special construction work requiring high skills: installation of foundations and foundation grills, concreting of cast-in-place structures, installation of pre-fabricated reinforced concrete frames, erection of steel structures, installation of sandwich type wall panels and multi-layered roof panels in industrial buildings, simple masonry, reinforced masonry and finishing masonry works of varying complexity. Konstrukcija is looking for a construction manager to join its team.
Job description:
- Managing construction works on site
- Distributing and planning tasks to employees, controlling quantity and quality of completed work
- Timely material orders
- Controlling resources allocated to the project
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements
- Handing-over of completed work, preparing and filling-in documents
Requirements:
- Ability to effectively manage the team of at least 15 workers
- Engineering education and/or knowledge/experience in civil engineering
- Computer literacy (AutoCad)
- Driver’s licence
