We are looking for a project manager to join our team.
Job description:
- Implementing large scope projects from start of construction to acceptance of construction works as fit for use
- Effective planning of construction work progress and ensuring deadline control
- Controlling and ensuring implementation of financial indicators for projects
- Controlling construction technological requirements and ensuring quality for projects
- Coordinating and controlling activities' participants of a construction project
- Co-operating with a client on project management issues
- Proper selection and management of subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental requirements
- Administering design documentation
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and principles of general contracting
- Orientation on results, ability to absorb information quickly and use it effectively
- Ability to plan, analyse and make economically viable decisions
- Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Project software
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, ability to effectively organize activities and lead the team
- Ability to independently organize activities, solve problems, make decisions
- Qualification Certificate granting the right to hold the position of working with nuclear energy buildings would be an advantage
- Job is in Ignalina
