New Board at PST Elected with J. Jasiunas as Chairman

The new Board of Panevezio statybos trestas AB was elected at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2021. Justas Jasiunas was appointed as the new Chairman. In addition to J. Jasiunas, the representatives of the controlling company Panevezio keliai, Kristina Maciuliene, Board Member, and Gvidas Drobuzas, one of the largest shareholders of the company, businessman who had worked lately in the Supervisory Board of Panevezio keliai AB, were elected to the five-member Board of PST. Furthermore, there were two independent Board Members elected: Vaidas Grincevicius, risk capital investor, and Lina Semaskiene, economist.
