Voting Results at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter ‘the Meeting’) of Panevezio statybos trestas AB (hereinafter ‘the Company’) Taken Place on 29 April 2019
The number of shares of the Company is 16,350,000. The number of shares carrying the voting rights is 16,350,000.
6 (six) shareholders, who had been on the Shareholders’ List of the Company at the end of the accounting day of the Meeting (19 April 2019) having the shares carrying 8,503,555 votes, which make 52 per cents of all votes carried by the shares of the Company, participated at the Meeting.
Before the Meeting, 1 (one) duly filled in the General Ballot Paper was submitted.
The Meeting has a quorum and is entitled to take decisions.

The Consolidated and Individual Financial Statements of Panevezio statybos trestas AB for the year 2018, which have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union and are submitted together with the independent auditor’s opinion, have been approved.
